Philippine National Polie (PNP) Director Ronald 'Bato' Dela Rosa, is a 54-year old annointed cop of President Rodrigo Duterte. He is waging a bloody war against crime and narcotics.
The PNP Chief posted on Saturday a photo of his younger self having a crew cut hair. He looks like with a full crown of hair instead of his signature shaved head.
The photo's caption: "Sa mga nagtatanong kung anu raw ang itsura ko na may buhok."
The said photo gained over 30,000 likes and more than 10,400 shares, as of Monday morning.
