President Duterte will be having a two-day visit in Vietnam to meet with Vietnam President Tran Dai Quang and Prime Minister Nguyen Xuan Phuc to discuss bilateral exchanges, including cooperation, enhancement of law enforcement and defense cooperation.
But before he left the country, he was being interviewed at NAIA Airport. He was given 3 questions to answer by the media.
At the last question, the President was asked about the question of Senator De Lima if he wanted her. President Duterte didn't answer the question but his reaction seems to be he's losing consciousness.
