Philippine-senator and eight division world boxing champion Manny Pacquiao, who returns 38 next month wins the World Boxing Organization (WBO) Welterweight Title on Sunday (Manila time) November 6 at the Thomas and Mack Center in Las Vegas, over Jesse Vargas, the younger WBO champ who has a height, reach and weight advantage. He is an American boxer, who has held the WBO welterweight title since March 2016.
