Kapuso actress and Starstruck alumna Jennylyn Mercado had found this house and lot somewhere in Quezon City. It's a two-storey modern home that sits on a total of 500-square meter lot that has four bedrooms, one guest room, eight bathrooms, two dining areas, two kitchens, a three-car parking space, a family den, and a mini garden.
This house is not yet her dream house because according to her: 'Kung dream house ko kasi, gusto ko may lap pool na mahaba, kahit thirty meters, ganyan. 'Para nakakapag-training na rin ako sa loob ng bahay. Hindi na ako lalabas pa.'
Jennylyn, together with her mother Lydia Mercado and her son Alex Jazz had moved in to this Quezon City property in November 2014.
She tells YES! 'Simula no'ng lumipat ako dito, parang nararamdaman ko ang suwerte.' 'Hindi ako nawawalan ng trabaho.'
Jennylyn's living area follows a neutral color scheme.
The area rug with varicolored stripes gave it a pop of color.
Jen herself decorated the first floor of her home.
Jen's foyer is furnished with two high-back upholstered seats and a console table.

Across the foyer area is another wooden console table made in Pampanga.
On the lower shelf is Jericho Rosales' present, a mini turntable.
A music lover, Jen does not listen to a particular genre.
Her black baby grand piano and an acoustic guitar can be found at the foot of the stairs.
The dining area has a 10-seater dining set and cube pendant lights.
Her kitchen area, which is separated from the dining by glass sliding doors, is well-equipped with top-of-the-line cooking appliances.
In addition to the cooking ranges, built-in microwave oven, and fridge with ice dispenser, Jen opted to have a juicer, an blender, and a mounted flat-screen TV.

Also in the kitchen area is another modern dining set.
It has an eight-seater cantilevered chairs.
The guest room in the first floor doubles as an entertainment room. It has a large sectional sofa, which can also be considered as a bed, large TV set, an air conditioner, and its own toilet-and-bath.
Above the TV set are hardbound magazine and newspaper clippings of Jen, some even date back to 2004.
Right on the second-floor landing is Jen's photo wall.
This is where her travel photos, triathlon snaps, and magazine shoots are displayed.
This area captured her life as a mom, an actress, and an athlete.
Her master bedroom can be compared to a London-style apartment. 'Gusto ko, madilim, kasi mabilis akong magising, e, pag me araw.'Tapos ayoko ng parang pambabae. Gusto ko parang may pagka-masculine,' Jennylyn said.
Above her bed is a painting by National Artist for Visual Arts BenCab.

Jen's toilet-and-bath plus her walk-ins are as spacious as her bedroom.
It is equipped with a corner tub, a rain shower head, a double sink, and an inverter air conditioner.
Jen's walk-in closet/ en suite toilet-and-bath has no partition separating the cabinets and her vanity table from the commode and shower.
She also has shelves for her running shoes and caps.
From the outside, Jen's home looks like an urban and geometric shell with sharp edges and angles.
Instead of a front yard, her home has a wide parking space for her SUVs and van.
