Newly-Built Bridge For Students Who Used To Swim Across The River To Get To Their Classes

Students of Casili Elementary School in Rodriguez, Rizal used to swim across the river just to get to their classes. Sometimes, they would get a lifebouy or make a raft just not to get wet.

Their story was featured in Kapuso Network on GMA-7. With the help of GMA and Foundation of Outstanding Mapuans Incorporated, a pedestrian bridge had been built after 4 years.

Now, these students can go to their school with much less hassle because of the newly-built bridge.
