Father Joao da Silva, a 54-year old Evangelist priest was arrested for raping a 5-year old girl after parents discover horrifying drawings how their daughter was raped.
Parents of the girl were confused after she refused to attend her English classes in a local church in Montes Claros, in Minas Gerais in Brazil.
They decided to take their daughter to a psychologist who suspected sexual abuse. The psychologist told them to check the girl's room for any sign of the said abuse.
While checking their daughter's personal things, the parents found horrifying drawings that appeared to depict a rape.
One drawing shows a man apparently looming over a child who has a look of abject terror on her face. Another harrowing image apparently shows a girl lying on a bed with a man forcing himself between her legs. Underneath him the picture appears to show the girl screaming in either fear or agony.
Apparently, the priest who taught her English at the church was the man in those drawings.
The priest was arrested and is currently investigated by local authorities.
