Kapamilya actress Angel Locsin went to The Farm at San Benito in Lipa City, Batangas on Saturday, January 21 with her BFF Bubbles Paraiso, a model/actress, enjoying a weekend out of the city.
Bubbles uploaded a photo of Angel's new hairdo, sporting a much shorter hairstyle. Since Angel joined in showbiz in 2002, she has never sported an above-the-shoulder haircut.
Bubbles caption reads: "This girl right here is the only one happy that I got an injury, because it meant she could kidnap me for the weekend without worrying about missing my training. #lookatherlaughing #randrweekend #thankswifeyineededthis."
Last December, Angel was rumored to be suffering from severe hair loss after photos of her wearing a wig went viral. Fans claimed that their idol's hair was accidentally damaged during a salon treatment.
It was allegedly made fun of by Jessy Mendiola, who is currently dating her ex-boyfriend Luis Manzano, on her Instagram page.
Angel is now rocking a shorter hairstyle while she wore a two-piece black swimsuit. She also shared a photo of their trip on her account, featuring her floating in the middle of the pool.
