Working at a call center can be stressful for employees due to the nature of their job and this leads to increase in a call center attrition. Between call quotas, demanding bosses and irate customers, it can be difficult to stay calm and positive.
A netizen named Antonette Delos Santos, a graduate of Bachelor of Science in Aircraft Maintenance Technology at the Philippine State College of Aeronautics, posted the reply of her friend when she asked her on how to apply as a call center agent.
Antonette said she was totally bewildered by the response of her friend. It puzzles her how people could be so “judgmental and insensitive”, most especially that it came from a friend of her.
In Antonette’s Facebook status, her friend allegedly stated this statement on the reply, “Ok… im just asking though. Masama ba magtanong? totoo naman ahh. yung mga walang pangarap sa buhay callcenter ang bagsak.”
Antonette seems got offended upon her friend's reply.

It would be much better kungmawawalan ng ganitong ka-toxic na tao sa buhay ko. Kaya kayo people, just please, don't belittle others. Wag niyong ila-LANG yung mga trabahong gaya niyan because there's nothing wrong with it. It's a decent job. Walang nag-aagrabyado and natatapakang tao. Lalo na at yung trabaho na yun ang bumubuhay sa inyo. HAVE SOME RESPECT AND BE GRATEFUL INSTEAD. I just can't deal anymore with the twisted minds of some people. Hay. I pity you. IF YOU DON'T KNOW THE REAL STORY, DON'T JUDGE, DON'T SAY ATROCIOUS THINGS, BETTER SHUT YOUR MOUTH NA LANG 😉
