Rosmar Tan Shares Conversation with Diwata Amid Business Criticisms

Rosmar Tan Pamulaklakin, a prominent CEO, faces criticism due to allegations of imitating Diwata's business model.

In recent social media trends, Diwata's business venture, particularly her "paresan" (a food establishment specializing in rice meals paired with various viands), gained significant attention with the help of vloggers featuring it. For a fixed price, customers can enjoy a meal consisting of pork pares, unlimited rice, soup, drinking water, and a small bottle of soft drink.

This caught the attention of Rosmar Tan, prompting him to launch a similar venture. However, his business received backlash from many netizens who accused him of copying Diwata's concept without innovation.

In response, Rosmar shared a conversation he had with Diwata, where he informed her of his plans to start a similar business. Diwata did not object and even encouraged him to pursue it, leading Rosmar to believe that there was nothing wrong with his decision to enter the same market, despite not being the first to do so.

Rosmar emphasized that he is simply a business-minded individual and is committed to conducting his business endeavors ethically.

Despite his explanation, criticisms against Rosmar persist, with some accusing him of bullying Diwata. However, it's argued that it's normal for entrepreneurs to explore similar business opportunities, and Diwata herself has no authority to prevent others from entering the market.

Critics suggest that Rosmar should have considered leaving such ventures to small-time businessmen, given his already established successful ventures.
