Dick Israel, a 57-year old veteran actor is best known for taking on villain roles on the big and small screens in more than 220 movies. He has been recognized for his acting by local award-giving bodies.
In 2010, Dick suffered from a stroke and affected his speech.
Now, a photo of the veteran actor made the rounds online over the weekend after a Facebook user named Sidemiod Francisco Datanam claimed that Dick Israel was victimized by fire.
According to Datanam, Dick is slowly recovering from a fire incident and needs help and is currently at Bagong Barrio, Barangay 144 in Caloocan City.
As of writing, the Facebook post has already been shared more than 2,100 times.
