ROAD RAGE: Police Are Tracking Down a Car Driver Who Killed a Bicycle Rider in Quiapo

The car's driver was seen in a viral CCTV footage shooting Mark Vincent Geralde, a bicycle rider, after a fistfight along P. Casal Street in Quiapo.

The Manila Police District's (MPD) Station 3 said they are now coordinating with the LTO office to identify the owner of a red Hyundai Eon with conduction plate MO3746.

Before the fistfight, the car driver who was still in the car was seen arguing with the bicycle driver. The incident happened after the car hit the bicycle along P.Casal Street.

After the fistfight, the driver was seen in the video footage returning to his car. Then, he went out again, carrying a firearm.

The CCTV footage showed the car driver shooting Mark Vincent in the face point blank. Three more shots were fired by the car driver at the bicycle driver.

Meanwhile, another civilian named Rosell Bondoc was hit by a stray bullet. She remains confined at Mary Chiles General Hospital.

Four bullet shells from a .45 pistol were recovered by the police at the crime scene. The car driver is facing possible murder and frustrated homicide charges
