A tornado was formed and passed by at Daniel Z. Romualdez Airport in Tacloban City. The video was taken by Cesar Tabuyan yesterday at around 3 in the afternoon. Tabuya was at the airport when he see the heavy clouds formation, the incident last for at least 5 minutes.
According to Aldczar Aurelio PAGASA weather forecaster it was a thunderstorm not a tornado. Severe thunderstorm was formed because of large amount of water vapour due to Intertropical Convergence Zone or ITCZ.
