Edgar Matobato Claims That He Is Only A Grade 1 Finisher But His Service Card In Davao City Hall Shows He Is A High School Graduate

Edgar Matobato, a witness in the Senate inquiry on extra judicial killings claims in his testimony that he is only a grade 1 finisher. 

Matobato said he doesn't understand some of the questions of the Senators to him because he is only a grade 1 finisher. 

 Senators had been asking him some questions to prove his credibility, but a lot of his response was said to be inconsistent and he said that he can't understand some of it because he is only a grade 1 finisher.

But Matobato's service card in Davao City Hall shows that he is a high school graduate. The service card record of Matobato was released by the Davao City, which includes the date where he claims that his group were already killing people.

Davao City Information Office released the service card and confirmed that Motabato worked as a labor in the City hall, but according to his testimony, he worked at Davao City under the “Heinous Crimes Section."

Once proven untruthful, Matobato may face charges and the senate will proceed on De Lima's case.
