A video footage was uploaded wherein a man from Caloocan was installing CCTV cameras on utility poles at Llano Road, Caloocan City when suddenly the electricity exploded causing him to be burned to death. He was unable to set himself free due to the security harness.
According to the one who uploaded the said video, it took for the rescuers 15 minutes to take him out in the post.
The man died because of the electricity and also the fire extinguisher that was used on him since it has dry chemicals.
