Deniece Cornejo's Mugshot Raises Doubts Among Netizens Due to Dissimilar Appearance

Netizens have raised concerns regarding the disparity between Deniece Cornejo's appearance in her mugshot and the public image of her.

Following the promulgation of the serious illegal detention case involving actor-host Vhong Navarro, Cornejo and her co-accused Simeon Palma Raz were admitted to separate Bureau of Corrections (BuCor) facilities.

As part of the intake process, newly committed Persons Deprived of Liberty (PDLs) undergo an initial interview and check-up at the Reception and Diagnostic Center (RDC). They are then placed in a Quarantine Cell for five days without visiting privileges, followed by a 55-day diagnostic procedure.

Cornejo was admitted to the Correctional Institution for Women in Mandaluyong City, while Raz was placed at the Reception and Diagnostic Center of the New Bilibid Prison in Muntinlupa City.

However, netizens have expressed skepticism over the authenticity of Cornejo's mugshot, noting significant differences between her appearance in the mugshot and her public persona. Some have remarked that the person in the mugshot looks markedly different, prompting questions about the accuracy of the image.

This discrepancy has sparked discussions online, with many questioning why Cornejo's mugshot does not closely resemble her public image.
