In a comment on an ABS-CBN News article, Mark Andrew expressed that Carlos should reconcile with his mother and admit his mistakes, stating that it could help improve his public image.

Mark Andrew's comment read, "He should learn to apologize to his mother; it's wrong to accuse her of being a thief just to improve his image."

This statement follows a previous controversy where Carlos revealed in a TikTok video that he had a falling out with his mother over incentives she allegedly spent without his permission.
