Kapamilya actress-singer Alex Gonzaga entertains an interview for the first time with her non-showbiz boyfriend, Mikee Morada. She finally opened up about her lovelife in today's episode of 'Magandang Buhay,' a talk show hosted by Karla Estrada, Jolina Magdangal and Melai Cantiveros.
The couple share the details behind their love story from how they met until now and everything in between. Apparently, Mikee had known Alex because of Piolo Pascual.
Mikee said he's always checking out Alex on Instagram and felt like the two of them will get along well. He took a step and voiced out to Piolo to have him introduced to Alex.
One time, Mikee received a call from Piolo during ASAP but when he picked up the call, it was Alex at the end of the line saying, "Gusto mo raw ako makilala?" But Mikee had mistaken Alex as Maja Salvador.
Since then they began seeing each other. Mikee asked the Kapamilya actress out to have a dinner which happen to be on the date of his birthday.
The courtship took seven months and at November of god-knows-when, Alex gave in and they began going steady.
Because of that, Alex uttered her realization: “It was not really the right place or the right time. It is, and will always be, the right person. The right person always.”
