One of the CCTV from a nearby building caught the explosion at Roxas night market on Friday night.
Communications Secretary Martin Andanar said initial reports state that shrapnel from a mortar round were recovered in the area. "It's an improvised explosive device, from a mortar na IED."
Roxas night market was a famous massage place in Davao City.
Some of the victims of the blast was brought to the Southern Philippines Medical Center.
As we can see on the 48 second clip video, many people where shocked and ran in panic after the huge explosion at the center of Roxas night market. The explosion took 14 lives and wunding 71 others.
The Davao bombing has prompted the President Duterte to declare a "state of lawlessness" in the country.
