Ai-Ai delas Alas could not be more proud of Gerard Sibayan, her 22-year old boyfriend, as he graduated from college.
The 51-year old comedianne shared to her Instagram account a post from Gerard's page announcing that her boyfriend has earned a degree in Sports Management from the De La Salle University.
According to Ai-Ai: "I want to congratulate you, not just because you achieved your goals, but because of how you became a man with dignity and integrity," the former "Tanging Ina" star wrote in the caption, edited.
"Dahil gusto mong mag-aral, gusto mong makatapos at gusto mong matupad ang pangarap mo at pangarap kong makatapos ka at maipag malaki kita sa buong mundo."
"And now I want to say to the whole world: I am so proud of you darling. Congratulations! Naluluha ako sa kaligayahan ...They just know your name but not your story. I love you so much. To God be the glory," she concluded.
Ai-Ai and Gerard had started their relationship back in September 2014, more than a year after she confirmed her divorce from Jed Salang, a businessman. They got married in Las Vegas on April 2013, but they separated after less than a month after Ai-Ai accused him of physical abuse.
Ai-Ai has two children Nicolo and Sofia, with former partner Miguel Vera. She also has a son named Sancho, from a relationship before Miguel Vera.
