Nonile Arile, a former policeman who was convicted of kidnapping and murder has named former star Rosanna Roces as the alleged mistress of a convicted drug kingpin. He made the claim as he identified the supposed masterminds and cuddlers of the multi-million peso drug ring inside the New Bilibid Prison (NBP).
Arile said that the Rosanna Roces had an affair with Vicente Sy, one of four high profile inmates who were injured at a stabbing incident at the Bilibid last week. He added that Vicente Sy is among the top 10 "Big fish" running the state prison's multi-million peso drug ring.
According to Arile: “Kabit niya ang artista na si Rosana Roces, alyas Rosang. Protektor niya ang mga PDEA sa Quezon City.”
ABS-CBN News is trying to reach Rosanna for a comment.
Among those included in Arile's top list of alleged top drug kingpins were Ben Marcelo, Sam Li Chua, Peter Co, Willy Yang, Robert Lee, Willy Ang, Jackson Lee, and aliased “Tom” and “Tatay Angste.”
Arile also described fellow inmate Jaybee Sebastian as “untouchable” due to his alleged bribes to former Justice Secretary and now Senator Leila de Lima, and former Justice Undersecretary Francis Baraan.
