We, Filipinos are used to be waiting in long lines especially in government offices for so many factors that's why there are those who employ illegal fixers to hasten the process. However, sometimes, there are people who are just too lazy to work.
Like in this video, a government employee working in the LTO was captured on camera who deliberately made people wait in line for almost four hours, when in fact he was doing nothing at all.
The person who took this video shared it on Facebook to warn everybody on this inefficiency of work in government offices. The person also challenged the Duterte administration to do something on this issue.
