Tim Yap, a television and radio host celebrated his 40th birthday last night, Thursday, January 19 in Manila House, Bonifacio Global City.
During Tim's Miss Universe-themed 40th birthday party, he proposes to his boyfriend, events director Javi Martinez Pardo. Pardo is also his partner in YAParazzi Productions.
Actress Lovi Poe posted a video of the proposal on Instagram.
"When you have good thing you have to make it last forever. ... Javi wear this ring and with all the people in the universe I want to ask you: will you be my partner for life?" Yap asked Pardo, who excitedly nod and kissed Yap on his lips.
Designer Rajo Laurel captured the moment "he said yes," with Javi looking like a candidate whose name has just been announced as Miss Universe winner.
Party guests cheered the couple on were Cristalle Belo, Isabelle Daza, KC Concepcion and Teacher Georcelle. Gloria Diaz and Margie Moran, former Miss Universe winners also graced the party.
