This Guy Almost Lost Extreme Weight in Just One Year. Find Out How


An inspiring story was shared by Kevin Tiambeng of Ateneo de Naga University. A guy named Dante Pascual, Jr. , Kevin's former coach in that university, has managed to lose extreme weight with discipline, courage and heart.

Dante has been fat in his whole life. He was a chubby kid, an obese teenager and at 27, he weighed 151 kg (332lbs). His blood pressure went up to 180/140 and his blood sugar reached 300. It took him a year to achieve to achieve this transformation. Everything went out as his desire to change his life -- to change for good. He was around 147 kg (323lbs) down to 76 kg (167lbs). He lost almost half of his body mass , in just one year.



Dante constantly setting new goals to   his training. He did a lot of HIIT, eliptical and cardio to trim down his huge body mass. He used to workout twice a day: 2 hours cardio and 2 hours lifting training in the evening. 

 On the remaining months, Dante focused on strength and muscle building. He also changed his eating habits by eating healthily and getting the right calorie count daily. According to him, there is no secret in losing weight: it's just discipline and commitment.
