If you are working for the government, be more discreet or just stop playing computer games during office hours for you didn't know you will be caught on camera playing DOTA.
Two employees from Mandaue City Hall were fired from their jobs after they were caught on camera playing the addictive game Defense of the Ancients or DOTA while on duty.
A concerned city hall employee sent a picture to the Chief of Staff. Mandaue City Mayor Luigi Quisumbing, the newly-elected mayor, immediately contacted Human Resources to relieve them from their duties.

According to Mayor Quisumbing, others who dare to continue playing games while on the job can "expect a similar action" from him.
The newly-elected mayor said the two unnamed employees are "definitely not supposed to play DOTA" at work; they were supposed to help solve traffic and improve city planning. He also instructed the City Hall's Information Technology Department to install firewalls to prevent employees from playing or downloading games while on duty.
