A customer in a fast food chain reacted after a branch manager had humiliated a female crew in front of him.
Facebook user Jayson Alarca is now dubbed a hero, after defending a service crew who was berated in front of him by a store manager. Jayson shared his unpleasant encounter with the manager at his favorite fast food chain.
The incident happened when Jayson was ordering his meal at the counter. It was noisy and crowded at the store when he was ordering his food. The crew asked Jayson to repeat his order because she wasn't able to hear the order clearly. Understanding the situation, Jayson then repeated his order.
However, the branch manager who witnessed the incident rudely butt in and humiliated the crew instead of helping her out.
The manager then told the crew: "Jusko, isang bwan ka na dito. Wala ka pa ding kaalam-alam. Kukuha lang order di mo pa kaya. Diyan ka nga muna sa gilid."
In Jayson's post he said that the crew apologized the store manager and was visibly holding back the tears after getting publicly humiliated. He then said the manager took over and then asked Jayson to repeat his order. At this point, Jayson was already mad at the store manager for humiliating the crew so he decided to scold the manager for her actions and said: "Nasa likod ka lang ng crew di ba? Di mo din ba narinig yung order ko? So meaning, bilang manager ka na, di ka marunong kumuha ng order. I understand na Manager ka dito at trainee siya, pero wala kang karapatang ipahiya yung crew sa harap ng ibang tao. Dapat naiintindihan mo siya kasi diyan ka din nagsimula. WAG KANG MASYADONG MATAAS TE KASI NAGSIMULA KA DIN SA BABA."
According to Jayson, the manager tried to apologize to him but Jayson cut her off by saying she should apologize to her crew instead.
After everything was said and done, Jayson then walked out of the fast food chain with this in mind: "BEING KIND TO EVERYONE IS THE EASIEST THING TO DO, SO WHY IS IT SO HARD FOR SOME TO DO THIS? I really don't understand."
