KZ Tandingan is a singer who rose to fame after winning the first season of The X-Factor Philippines in 2012.
KZ came to "Magandang Buhay" to surprise Martin Nievera, not her original mentor, for she's under Charice Pempengco, but that did not her from seeking advice from the Concert King and eventually became her real-life guardian in showbiz together with other "The X-Factor Philippines" alumni.

KZ became emotional as she was recalling the days when she was just starting in showbiz, how Martin helped her along the way was truly admiring. He also opened his house for other alumni including Jeric Medina, Allen Sta. Maria, Kedebon Colim and Gabriel Maturan.
There is no doubt that the OPM icon is one of the best celebrity mentors in the showbiz industry.
