The CCTV Footage was taken on May 13, 2013 before the Pork Barrel Scam issue blew out.
According to the former NBI Director, De Lima removed them from their positions in the NBI on 2014 due to the claims that they were Napoles' tipsters. He denied the accusations and released the said video to prove otherwise and show that De Lima herself was involved with Napoles. According to them, De Lima removed them without any investigation.
Esmeralda claims that they have evidences to prove De Lima's connection with the drug lords of the New Bilibid Prison (NBP) which they have gathered before they have been removed.
They also revealed that Dayan was indeed connected to De Lima. They said that they are ready to present the evidences to the Duterte administration.
