This video has many parts. In the beginning Solicitor General Calida said he is supporting the PNP Chief Ronald "Bato" Dela Rosa in government's campaign against illegal drugs. He told the policemen not to be afraid to implement the order of President Duterte to stop drug trafficking and drug menace in our society.
The solicitor general said something to Sen. Leila De Lima about the drug operations in New Bilibid Prison during De Lima's time as Justice Secretary.
According to Solicitor Gen.Calida: "What happened during her tenure? Lalong lumakas ang proliferation ng droga even in her own term."
Sen. De Lima immediately defended herself on this accusation. She said: "Kasalanan ko yun? Either accusing me na ako ang may kasalanan, what I would say is that, balikan nyo na lang 'yung mga nagawa ko roon."
Another part of the video features what Sen. De Lima allegedly did before in New Bilibid Prison. It can be seen in the video that a convicted kidnapper, a leader of the oldest prison gang Sigue Sigue Commando, was interviewed in his office by a man wherein a picture of Sen. De Lima was seen on the wall.
Also, another part in the video says that drug trade is still in Bilibid. It says that there is a small shabu laboratory in the Bilibid but according to Sen. De Lima manufacture of drugs inside the Bilibid was never established.
Actor Robin Padilla was also seen in the video while he was being interviewed by Karen Davila. According to Robin, he was in Bilibid for 3 and a half years.
