Bea Alonzo's dream house took a year for her to build. She was 25 when she moved in to her Asian contemporary home which has a total floor area of 900 square meters.
In a recent interview with PEP.ph (Philippine Entertainment Portal) and a small group of the press, at her launch as the endorser of Sta. Lucia Land, Inc., she recalled her independent years.
“It was hard for me the first year, ano. Kasi siyempre medyo magugulat ka na ikaw iyong magbabayad ng kuryente, ikaw yung mag-aayos ng madumi mong damit.
“It was fun, scary, and exciting all wrapped in one.”
Bea beamed at the fact that her house had a light and airy feeling upon entry in the YES! Magazine July 2013 issue.

The living room with a good view of the lanai area has high ceilings and showcases eye-catching design pieces like the baby grand piano, chess set and chandeliers.
The formal dining area also had a chandelier which complemented the lavish table setting.
The room was mostly painted with neutrals and the Fil Dumalo painting gave the wall a pop of color.

Bea's kitchen area was well-equipped with top-of-the-line cooking essentials.
She added an espresso machine, an ice-cream maker and a TV set in addition to the cooking ranges and microwave oven.
Kitchen accessories, dishwares, and other kitchen items are kept in a customized cabinet.
The kitchen also had a breakfast nook by the window.

During the group interview at her contract-signing with Sta. Lucia at Romulo Café on Tomas Morato Avenue, Bea however admitted that she sometimes misses her independent life.
Bea however admitted that she sometimes misses her independent life. 'Siguro if I've gotten another job, kung hindi ako artista, I don't need a lot of people around me all the time to help me with my stuff, I would also live in a condo alone.
The master's bedroom has its own toilet-and-bath and a walk-in closet.

Bea had quite a collection of designer shoes and bags--from Louboutin, Gucci, YSL, Chanel, and Prada.
Her walk-in closet had a glass display cabinet as a center island.

Bea's favorite spot is the bathroom in the master's bedroom.
The lanai and pool area is one of the scenic spots in Bea's home.
Right now, she is happy with her Asian contemporary abode in Quezon City, which has been her home for more than three years now
