TESDA, the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority is an agency of the Philippine government under the Department of Labor and Employment and the Office of the Cabinet Secretary responsible for managing and supervising technical education and skills development in the Philippines.
TESDA offers online courses for free. These are short term vocational courses that are built to train interested people in their field of interest.
You don't have to leave your home and attend classroom sessions. These courses are open for everyone interested, whether you are a student, a homemaker, a stay-at-home mom/dad, OFWs, or even workers who wish to try and learn something new.
The biggest advantage of taking these free online courses from TESDA is that you can learn at your own pace. So, you can still work on your regular job or go to school or do whatever it is you need to do throughout the day, then simply study the courses on your free time.
Students who complete the course are given a national certification for their efforts once they accomplish and pass an accreditation exam at any TESDA center.

Interested applicants may create a free account on TESDA Website.
There is NO certificate given, however, you can take the actual ASSESSMENT or NATIONAL CERTIFICATION exam when you get home (for OFW’s) or to the nearest TESDA Assessment centers. When you pass the exam, then you can get the certificate or license.

Step 1. Go to tesda online program website e-tesda.gov.ph. At the upper most portion of the website you will find login link (you are not login). Go to that link.

Step 2. Start creating your account. Fill out the needed information in the given form. Then click create an account. A message will be sent to your given email address to activate your account.



Step 3. Once you have your tesda account you can now enroll to your chosen course. Login to your account. You will be redirected to tesda online program homepage where you will see the list of courses.
Step 4. Click the course you want to take.

Step 5. Courses are divided into modules. Choose link of the module you want to study.
Step 6. At the lower left tab you will read ‘Enroll me in this course.’


Step 7. Confirm your enrollment by choosing ‘YES’ in the popup window.
Step 8. Congratulations you are now enrolled to your chose online program.
