A 61-year old model, Yazameenah Ross looks better than most of the women in their 20s. She had shown the world how beautiful she can be despite her age.
Ross is a grandmother of two who lives a healthy lifestyle which she decided to share her beauty secrets. Although she's already 61, she is still the current face of online fashion retailer JD Williams current winter campaign and Britishretailer Marks and Spencer. Her secret is not so magic she credits her age-defying looks to a healthy eating and daily exercises.
The model started with a daily body scrub of olive oil and fine sugar. She said: “I come from a very simple background where we used olive oil to cook with. Olive oil was used on our hair and skin – nothing else.”
Ross also shares her simple diet: “I never eat processed, frozen, microwaved or low-fat foods,” she admits. “Most of the time, I eat organic food and cook it fresh every day. I eat mostly vegetables, fruits, nuts and some good-quality fish and meats.”
