Buboy Villar Introduces His Non-Showbiz Girlfriend

During a special birthday episode where his friend Jelai Andres took over as host, Buboy shared that he is in a relationship with a non-showbiz woman named Khrizza Mae Sampiano, also known as Isay. The two first connected through an online conversation initiated by Buboy.

For Buboy, a crucial requirement in a partner is that she must love his two children more than she loves him.

"Number one rule ko talaga, syempre may mga anak ako. At pinakagusto ko talaga, bago ‘yan, bago mo ‘ko mahalin, gusto ko lang sana maintindihan mo ‘yung sitwasyon ko," Buboy explained.

He emphasized that his children are his top priority and that his partner must understand and embrace this responsibility.

A Blessing in Disguise

Buboy described Isay as a quiet woman who is a great listener, calling her his "blessing in disguise" and an "answered prayer" after being single for seven years.

"First time ko maranasan na, siya lang ‘yung parang laging nakikinig sa ‘kin. Parang ako pa nga ‘yung nagsasabing, ‘may gusto ka bang i-share sa ‘kin?’" he shared.

He then revealed that they now have a three-month-old baby boy named Kyruz, affectionately called Kyrie.

Keeping the Pregnancy a Secret

Buboy admitted that he initially kept the news private to protect Isay from unnecessary public scrutiny.

"Ayoko ‘yung parang mapangunahan siya ng mga tao, kasi alam mo naman, may social media, ang daming magagaling," he explained.

Despite keeping it under wraps at first, Buboy never denied being in a relationship and expressed his pride in his partner and their child.

"Proud ako. Proud ako sa karelasyon ko. Proud ako sa baby namin. Proud ako na mahal niya kami, mga anak ko," he said.

A Sweet Birthday Surprise

During the podcast episode, Isay surprised Buboy with a birthday cake, making the actor emotional.

"Happy birthday, dy," Isay greeted him. "Nagpapasalamat ako kay Lord kasi ika ‘yung binigay niya sa ‘kin."

She jokingly added, "And sana bawasan mo na ‘yung pagiinom mo."

Isay also expressed her hopes for a long-lasting relationship, saying, "Lagi lang ako naka-support sa ‘yo through ups and downs, alam mo ‘yan."

Buboy’s Co-Parenting Journey

Before his relationship with Isay, Buboy was in a long-term relationship with Angillyn Gorrens, with whom he shares two older children, Vlanz Karollyn and George Michael. The former couple broke up in 2020 but continue to co-parent their children amicably.
