In this video, the girl was walking on the street, raising her skirt in public. The first guy who saw her took pictures on her back, while a woman approached the girl telling her that her skirt was raised.

Same thing happened with some guys who saw this girl whose skirt was raised. They were laughing, some of the took pictures on her back and some told her that her skirt was raised.
