Enrique Gil, onscreen partner and rumored boyfriend of "Dolce Amore" star Liza Soberano was asked by the press about his reaction with Liza being invited by American singer-songwriter Charlie Puth to his concert via Twitter. Months ago, Liza hang out with the Vamps band.
Enrique doesn't see this as something to be jealous. According to him: “Hindi naman [ako nagseselos], sanay na. ‘Yung friends nga niya sa The Vamps ganon din. Sanay na ako na kapag may darating, name-mention si Liza,” Enrique told the entertainment website Push.
“It just goes to show na people appreciate Liza’s beauty and personality and it is good to know you have that somebody who is close to you,” Enrique proudly added.
When asked by the press how she feels that international stars are admiring her, Liza responded, “Nakaka-touch po pero nahihiya ako kapag inaasar ako ng mga tao, ayaw ko lang po ‘yung feeling.”
Meanwhile, Enrique and Liza talked about the upcoming finale of their primetime series, "Dolce Amore."
“It’s sad siyempre sa tagal na nagsama kayo with all the team, we fall in love with the characters, with the people. Para siyang ‘Forevermore’ dati. They became a family na to us,” said Enrique.
For Liza's part, she said she is not feeling separation anxiety yet because they are still busy taping their last few scenes.
Aside from the impending finale of the series, Enrique and Liza said they were also looking forward to the "Dolce Amore" concert to be held this Saturday at the KIA Theater.
Liza relayed that she has already chosen the songs that she will perform in the concert.
