Pinoy Big Brother, more popularly known by its abbreviated title PBB, is the Philippine version of Big Brother. The word Pinoy in the title is a colloquial term used to describe the Filipino people.
Heaven consulted Kuya about the white thing that she found on the hair of Rita. She thinks that it was a dandruff or a lice. She explained that it will be difficult to remove if it will spread to other housemates.
After Heaven got out of the confession room, she tried to see the hair of Rita by looking on her headband. After that, Heaven seeks help from Kristine to fix the hair problem of Rita. After they ate their lunch, Kristine also tried to look on Rita's hair.
They agreed that it was a lice or "lisa". Heaven return to the confession room together with Kristine. Kuya gave them a special shampoo and a lice comb for Rita's hair problem.
