Rosanna Roces, an actress before, and Blessy Arias, her lesbian partner, are set to get married next month in Canada. They will also be having a ceremony in the Philippines in December.
In an exclusive interview with Korina Sanchez on ABS-CBN's "Rated K", Rosanna and Blessy shared the story behind their relationship, which started in their teens. They revealed that they have known each other when Rosanna was only 15 and Blessy was 19.
According to Rosanna, they first met through Blessy's sister, who was also her friend. Blessy was among those who supported her through the different stages of her life.
The couple lost contact to each other when Rosanna became an actress and married Tito Molina. They eventually went back in each other's arms after several years.
In an interview in "Tonight With Boy Abunda" early this year, Rosanna admitted her relationship with her lesbian partner Blessy.
