Maxine Medina, Philippine bet for the 65th Miss Universe pageant is a Filipino designer, a model and a beauty pageant title holder being the Binibining Pilipinas Universe 2016.
She was the the first contestant among the Top 6 to be called in the much-awaited question-and-answer portion of the Miss Universe Grand Coronation event on Monday, January 30 at the Mall of Asia Arena in Pasay City.
But, she was not able to make it to Top 3. Among the Top 3 being announced were Miss Colombia, Miss France and Miss Haiti. Miss France, Iris Mittenaere got the much-coveted Miss Universe crown.
