Von Tanto, the suspect on the road rage killing of a bicycle rider named Vincent Geralde has aired his side on what really happened on a road rage incident in Quaipo on Monday night, July 25 and ended up shooting the biker.
The suspect admitted that he lost his temper over the victim, as the latter was arrogant at him. Apparently, this is also what several witnesses claim. He said that Geralde immediately cursed at him. He lost his temper when the biker told him that he will break the window of his car.
"Nag-sorry ako sa kanya, but he still cursing me. Nag pang-abot kami. Llamado siya, matangkad ba. Hanggang sa nilock niya ako."
"Bigla nang nagdilim yung paningin ko, hindi ko talaga sinasadya yun sir," Tanto said while explaining his side.
The suspect leaves a warning to the public. He gave a message to all motorists to be careful while driving and not to imitate his wrongdoings.
"Sana po sa lahat ng motorista, maging mahinahon po tayo. Huwag niyo po ako pamarisan. 'Yun lang po." -Vhon Tanto
